"It was only natural for me to entrust the restoration work for the entire project—commissioned by the upholstery fabric house NOBILIS—to the ANNIE SIMON workshops. They are a partner with whom I collaborate year-round on restoring the furniture I sell at the Saint-Ouen flea market (Paul Bert Serpette)."

BARQUE SOFA.
The talented designers at Habiteum conceived this magnificent "Barque" sofa, brought to life through the exceptional craftsmanship of French artisan workshops.
"It was second nature to choose the Annie Simon workshop as the lead upholsterer for this project. The workmanship was exquisitely refined and precise—crucial qualities, given the need to strike a balance with the surrounding contemporary art and exceptional vintage furniture. The artisans' work on our pink silk velvet sofa is truly remarkable. Velvet is notoriously difficult to work with, as it naturally tends to crush; achieving a flawless finish requires handling the fabric with great care and precision. Annie Simon Upholstery executed the task to perfection."
Agathe De Zuchowicz, Interior Architect at Habiteum.
